The Beau Rivage Palace - A real legend

A real legend, the Palace has hosted the likes of Victor Hugo, Charlie Chaplin, Gary Cooper and Coco Chanel, to name of few. This haut lieu neo-baroque was Leonard Cohen's source of inspiration for Belle du Seigneur. In 2015, it was where talks between world leaders regarding the Iranian nuclear agreement took place, and where the Treaty of Lausanne in 1923—which led to the breakup of the Ottoman Empire—was signed.
