Episode 4: Jump, Slide, Zip Line!
Canyoning- one of the most exhilarating and empowering activities of the camp! As camp progresses, students begin to reflect deeper on their experience. One camper explains that The Champittet Summer Leadership Camp is a great opportunity to develop social and leadership skills. It’s possible to learn so much during the cool activities!
Maybe at first it wasn’t so easy to be constantly surrounded by peers from many different countries, but by now many of them have become good friends! After all, summer camp is the perfect place to make new lifelong friends! Nothing bonds campers more than supporting each other during challenging activities such as canyoning.
Under full supervision of canyoning guides, everyone is outfitted with modern equipment and given clear safety instructions before the start of the adventure. Cliff jumping, swimming, zip line and sliding down natural rock slides are all part of the experience! Many students have never been canyoning before, but trying new things and jumping into new experiences is what this camp is all about.
